ENGLAND! is the story of Valeri Sikorski, a Ukrainian adventurer with the poison of Chernobyl in his bones. En route to the land of his dreams, England, Valeri becomes sidetracked in Berlin where he looks in vain for his old friend Victor before getting caught between a solitary icon-painter and a beautiful married woman.
